Industrial enclosed gear oils (ISO VG 220/320/460/680), wind turbine gearbox lubricants and heavy-duty mining gear oils are high-viscosity media. The JY-DX40-L's 7.5 kW low-shear precision gear pump maintains stable flow under VG 320–680 conditions without mechanical shear degradation of extreme-pressure (EP) additives, and the 10 µm precision window is designed to block hard particles while the engineering objective is to preserve EP and anti-rust additive active groups; additive retention for a specific gear oil formulation is confirmed by Jingyuan per application. Target outgoing cleanliness: ISO 18/16/13.

Industrial gearboxes and wind turbine gearboxes in service accumulate wear particles and contamination. The JY-H130 portable purification unit (rated 20 L/min, polymer membrane) provides offline kidney-loop purification of gear oil without disassembly.

High-viscosity gear oils cause rapid pressure buildup in traditional filter media, leading to short element life and frequent downtime. The JY-DX40-L's rigid, low-resistance membrane pores maintain stable pressure differentials, and dynamic viscosity compensation supports consistent filling velocities across seasonal temperature shifts. Applicable viscosity range: 32–320 cSt (@40°C).
