Lubricant Filling Line Filtration

The last filtration step before packaging — terminal guard filtration between blending/storage and the filling machine.

Recommended product: JY-DX40-L20 m³/h · 5–10 µm · β10 ≥ 200
Why Terminal Filtration Matters

Final Filtration Before Packaging

The last filtration step before lubricant packaging is critical for removing harmful abrasive particles while maintaining formulation integrity.

Whatever enters the oil after blending — pipeline residue, tank particles, environmental dust — exits through the filling head into the customer's package. Hard particles ≥ 10 µm damage precision filling valves, cause dripping and metering inaccuracy, and end up in delivered product where they can fail OEM cleanliness audits. Terminal guard filtration is the plant's last controlled removal point.

Filling-Line Requirements

What a Filling-Line Filter Must Deliver

Fill-Rate Flow

JY-DX40-L rated flow 20 m³/h aligned with standard filling-grade flow rates for 32–320 cSt media.

No Line Stops

Three-valve parallel bypass keeps the filling line running during backwash and maintenance — ~30 second manual switchover.

No Media Swap

Gas-pulse regeneration at 0.4–0.6 MPa air supply — zero disposable cartridges to inventory or dispose.

Auditable Performance

β10 ≥ 200 (ISO 16889) provides quantifiable retention reporting for OEM supplier audits.

Bypass Quality Note

Managing Bypass Intervals

During bypass operation (V3 open), oil skips precision filtration and the β10 ≥ 200 guarantee cannot be provided for that interval. Recommended practice: schedule the 5–15 minute backwash during batch intervals (drum/tank changes); if mid-production backwash is unavoidable, mark and segregate the affected filled product until third-party particle-count testing releases it; for the strictest lines, configure two JY-DX40-L units in redundant duty.
