The JY-G100 is a mobile industrial oil deep-purification station manufactured by Jingyuan, positioned for industrial oil processing and circulation applications — hydraulic oil, gear oil, compressor oil, industrial lubricants and oil circulation / tank-side filtration. Unlike the JY-DX40-L (which serves lubricant production filling lines), the JY-G100 serves process conditioning and oil quality maintenance at the storage tank, circulation loop and industrial system level. Rated flow 10–60 L/min (viscosity-adaptive) with selectable precision of 2/5/10/15/20/25 µm; oil compatibility beyond the documented viscosity range is confirmed per application by Jingyuan engineering.
Industrial Oil Processing — Between Production Line and Maintenance
The three Jingyuan lubricant filtration products are not competing alternatives — each covers a different purchasing scenario: Production Line → JY-DX40-L, Industrial Oil Processing → JY-G100, Equipment Maintenance → JY-H130. The JY-G100 occupies the middle layer.
