Between the blending kettle and the filling head, oil picks up pipeline residue, tank particles and environmental contamination — and OEM customers increasingly audit outgoing cleanliness with quantifiable particle-count requirements. The final guard filtration step is where batch compliance is won or lost.

Finished-oil particle counts must meet OEM requirements consistently — not intermittently. Quantifiable β10 ≥ 200 retention (ISO 16889) replaces unverified nominal ratings.
Formula Integrity
Filtration precision is designed to avoid stripping additive packages. The 5–10 µm pore window is engineered to intercept abrasives while the design objective is to preserve formulation compatibility; actual additive retention for a specific oil is confirmed by Jingyuan per application.
Filling-Line Continuity
Backwashing and maintenance must not stop production. The three-valve bypass keeps the line running during regeneration.
