What is the JY-DX40-L used for?

Can JY-DX40-L be installed on a lubricant filling line?
Yes. It is designed for installation at the blending kettle discharge, connected in series before the filling machine, with a three-valve parallel bypass that keeps the filling line running during backwashing and maintenance. Filling line filtration →
What types of lubricants can be filtered?
The JY-DX40-L covers medium-to-high viscosity lubricants of 32–320 cSt (@40°C), including engine oils, anti-wear hydraulic oils, industrial gear oils and compressor oils within that range. Oil compatibility beyond documented ranges is confirmed per application by Jingyuan engineering.
Does the system use disposable filter cartridges?
No. Jingyuan systems use regenerable polymer rigid composite membrane elements, restored in place by gas-pulse backwash (0.4–0.6 MPa compressed air / N₂). No string-wound, melt-blown PP or pleated cartridges are used.
How is the membrane regenerated?
By gas-pulse backwashing, triggered at 0.5 MPa differential pressure using 0.4–0.6 MPa compressed air or nitrogen. A backwash cycle typically takes 5–15 minutes and can be scheduled during batch intervals. Technology details →
